Giampaolo is a serial entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience in the R&D, Production and Marketing of innovative ingredients for the food industry.
In '89, he founded Italiana Ingredienti, which within 10 years became one of the most profitable "small caps" in Italy (source: Sole24Ore, 1999). In '99, Chr. Hansen acquired Italiana Ingredienti and he became the CEO Italy as well as the Global Developer of functional ingredients for meat applications.
In '05, he left Chr. Hansen to launch Campus. The company was developing and producing natural functional specialty ingredients for the meat and savory industries. In '18, Firmenich acquired the company which was an already established international player counting 140 employees.
Today Giampaolo is devoting itself to its third venture, Hi-Food, an Italian developer and producer of innovative plant-based, natural and clean label functional ingredients, while investing through Synergetic – its own investment vehicle.

Eugenio has 5 years of experience in the Venture Capital industry, with a specific focus on the food tech sector.
In '14, he graduated at Università Cattolica and joined U-Start - the leading Italian Venture Capital club deal - as an Analyst. He then became Associate, responsible for the Analysis team, and Member of the Investment Committee. He was directly involved in 30+ deals.
In '19, he joins Synergetic to bring its Venture Capital expertise to the holding and to focus on the food tech industry - as he strongly believes on the future developments of the market.
Marco has 25+ years of experience in finance and accounting. With a focus on financial forecasting, budgeting, cash flow analysis and risk management.
In '95 he joins Bucci Spa, a Real Estate developer, as Financial Manager and became Partner 5 years later. In '14, he joins Mingori Costruzioni as CFO overseeing all aspects of company's financial risk including cash, debt, and investment management.
In '19, he joins Synergetic ready to face new challenges and to bring his financial expertise to the holding.
After her graduating at Giambattista Bodoni HS, Sara joined Campus - Company Leader on the Savoury sector and the Meat industry - as Executive Assistant and General Secretary Manager.
Since '15 Sara has been the Executive Assistant to the CEO Mr. Cagnin, supporting him in all its daily activities before in Campus and today in Synergetic.
